Jessica Offerman

Jessica has a rich history of volunteering and working with nonprofit organizations, which greatly influences her role as the Executive Manager for the Impact Institute. She oversees the details of all projects and coordinates a myriad of activities that keep the Institute team on track and lead to positive opportunities for Institute members, such as trainings and resources for Giving Hearts Day and year-round activities, in which she previously participated herself as a nonprofit leader.

Jessica holds both a Bachelor’s degree in Family Services, with a political science minor, and a Master’s Degree in Philanthropy & Nonprofit Development from University of Northern Iowa.

Prior to joining the Foundation in 2015, Jessica served as a program coordinator for a child abuse prevention agency in Waterloo, Iowa and as Director of Annual Giving for a small nonprofit in Fargo, North Dakota. She is honored to support the work of nonprofits in the region through the Impact Institute, seeing first-hand the ways these organizations make life better for so many in this region.

Jessica and her husband, Wes, live in Fargo, North Dakota with their sweet baby boy.
